Contact us
A small editorial desk, not a call center and not a booking office. There is no contact form and no ticket number here. Send an email and a person reads it.
Things worth writing to us about:
- A price on this site that has moved. New York listings reprice with the season, with demand and with the currency you are shown, and one of ours is a live sale price, so if a card says $107 and the listing says $114, we would rather hear it from you than catch it on the next monthly re-check.
- A listing that has vanished, gone unbookable, or quietly changed what it includes. Inclusions are the ones that matter most: if a package has stopped covering the Broadway show or the harbor ferry, or a day trip has dropped a stop, that is a correction we make the same day.
- A factual error anywhere on the site. Hotel averages, subway fares, Broadway seat prices, observation deck tickets, museum admissions, seasonal dates such as the Maid of the Mist window or the Rockefeller tree lighting. All of it comes from official and industry sources rather than from tour operators, and all of it can go out of date.
- A real New York tour we have missed. If it has a currently bookable listing with published departures, reviews of that tour rather than of the company behind it, and a price that holds up when it is checked twice, send the link and we will read it the way we read the other nine.
- An operator who thinks their own listing is described unfairly here. Point at the field and we will re-read the page it came from.
- A question that neither the FAQ nor the guides answers.

What to expect back
An honest answer, not a fast one. Corrections get priority and usually go live within a day or two of being checked, because a wrong price is the kind of error that costs somebody real money. General questions take longer, and some of them get answered by adding a paragraph to a guide rather than by return email, which helps the next person asking the same thing. We do not send a newsletter, we do not follow up to sell you anything, and we do not pass your address anywhere.
What we cannot help with
We cannot take a booking, hold a seat, move your date, cancel a place or issue a refund. None of those are ours to touch. Every tour on this site is sold and operated by somebody else, and your money never passes through here at any point.
So if the question is about a booking you have already made, the confirmation email you were sent is the fastest route. It carries your reference, the meeting point and a message button that reaches the people who will actually be standing there. On a same-day question that beats us every time, and on a "we are stuck in traffic" call it is the only channel that can do anything at all.
Two details worth checking on that confirmation before you write to anyone. The meeting point first, because New York departures rarely leave from your hotel: the harbor boats go from their own piers, the Washington DC and Niagara vans have set pickup corners in Midtown, and the helicopter flies from the Downtown Manhattan Heliport. Then the cancellation window, which splits the lineup: the six day tours and tickets cancel free up to 24 hours before the start, while the three multi-day packages run on their own terms, set by the operator and tied to the departure date.
Still deciding? The side-by-side table narrows nine listings down faster than we can by email, and the three groups on the homepage sort them by the shape of the trip rather than by price.
